FAQ
Frequently Asked Questions
Are your peptides actually lab tested?
Yes. Every batch is tested by an independent lab for identity and purity before it is released. Where available, you can download the batch-specific Certificate of Analysis (COA) directly from the product page and match it to the lot number on your vial.
Can I see a COA before I buy a peptide?
For most peptides, the COA is visible and downloadable on the product page before you add to cart. If a COA is not yet published for a batch, results are still being processed — but all batches are tested prior to shipping.
Is 1776 Labs a legit peptide vendor?
1776 Labs is a US-based research compound supplier. Orders ship from US facilities, and our policies — shipping, refunds, privacy, terms, and full disclosures — are always linked in the footer so you can review them before you buy.
Is it safe to pay on this site?
Checkout is processed over encrypted connections using trusted payment providers for credit cards and compatible digital wallets. Full card details are not stored on our servers.
What if my order is damaged or incorrect?
Because of the nature of these products, we cannot accept returns once an order has shipped. If your package arrives damaged, incomplete, or incorrect, contact us within 48 hours with photos and we will review and either replace or refund according to our policy.
What does “research use only” mean for these peptides?
“Research use only” (RUO) means these peptides are sold for laboratory and research purposes, not for human consumption or medical use. They are not FDA-approved drugs or supplements. By ordering, you confirm you understand and accept these terms, as outlined in our disclaimer.
Where do your peptides ship from and how long does shipping take?
Orders ship from US-based facilities. Most in-stock orders are processed within 1–2 business days, with tracked shipping times shown at checkout based on your location.
Do you ship outside of the United States?
Shipping options are shown at checkout based on your address. Some locations may be restricted due to carrier or regulatory limitations; if no option appears, we are not currently able to ship there.
